I have over 30 years of ministry experience and advanced education in social work, sociology, and substance abuse counseling. You are seeking help navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, spiritual abuse, identity, stress, and life transitions. At your request, a faith-based approach can be integrated into therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your specific needs. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, person-centered, strengths, empowerment, cultural humility and MI we will work together to explore barriers, build strategies, and create a path to healing that aligns with your values. In our first session, you’ll find a safe, supportive environment where your preferences are respected. We will begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Sessions focus on reducing overwhelm and achieving clarity. Whether faith-based or not, the goal is to help you find peace, purpose, and practical tools for a fulfilling life.
